Verity & Adam

The sun was shining over the moors as Verity and her bridesmaids were excitedly getting ready at Smallshaw Farm Cottages near Penistone. Just the cake to arrange before they could all head off to the church. Verity looked stunning in her lace gown with her beautiful sunny sunflower bouquet from Swallows and Damsons.

The church in Penistone looked lovely strung with bunting for the ceremony. Outside we had time for confetti and photos before the guests headed back to the farm cottages for the reception in a tipi.

Verity and her family/friends had worked hard to make the tipi look amazing – they had a Harry Potter theme with special drink favours for the guests, a map table plan and a cauldron! Guests warmed up by the fire and when the rain stopped we dashed out for photos before the meal. Each table was challenged to make a plasticine model of the happy couple – there were some very creative efforts which Verity & Adam were pretty amused by!

Speeches, cake and a spectacular sunset followed before the happy couple took to the dance floor for an amazing routine followed by a ceilidh.

We want to wish you both so much love and happiness for the future – it was a fantastic day – hope you enjoyed that hot tub the day after!
