It was third time lucky for Lisa & Paul’s pre-wedding shoot in Yorkshire Sculpture Park, the previous two dates planned for the shoot were unfortunately rained off. Fortunately the autumnal sunshine was out in force on Sunday for the shoot. Lisa and Paul have just five weeks to go before their wedding in Cubley Hall and their plans sound very exciting.
Their theme is vintage inspired so we used some vintage props throughout the shoot including some lovely china tea cups, a cake stand and a few other fun items!
The Yorkshire Sculpture Park is the kind of place you could easily spend an entire day, sculptures are dotted all over the park ranging from giant rabbits to abstract steel structures. The park also houses some lovely gardens, a tree house and a rose house, we were truly spoilt for choice.
We had some great fun with leaf throwing, our vintage photo frame and bubbles. Lisa was a trooper throughout the trek in her silver heels and as we trekked up the final hill towards the car park we agreed that a pint in the local pub was definitely well deserved!
We can’t wait for the wedding!
