We were lucky to make sure we scheduled in some spring sunshine for Cathy & Bruce’s pre-wedding shoot, especially since they were only in the country for a few days!
We met them at the top of a bright and breezy Mam Tor in the heart of the Peak District, just outside Castleton. Cathy had a hairbrush on hand for some quick touch ups when we were sheltered from the wind. We gave them a chance to catch their breath on a blanket on the hill before we took some more photos on the dramatic steps up the side of the mountain.
There were plenty of bumps and steps for Cathy to utilise so she could reach up to Bruce – a problem I am only too familiar with! We got lots of laughter from the happy couple who coped remarkably well with their new found celebrity status in amongst the walkers.
We heard all about the wedding day, it sounds like it will be a lot of fun with games for the guests to play – maybe we will win a coconut! Roll on June…
