With just three weeks to go to their wedding day we met Ami and Craig on a not so chilly Saturday evening for their pre-wedding shoot. We started the shoot around Kelham Island in the industrial quarter of Sheffield. Its a fantastic place for pre-wedding shoots with lots of lovely old buildings and brick walls for backdrops – I do love a good brick wall!
The Chimney House provided a fab backdrop too! The couple brought along a few props of their own which I love! A lovely Christmas decoration and a little heart which forms part of their wedding theme – excellent.
Once the sun hat set we headed into Sheffield city centre for some more photos. The cheesegrater car park in St Paul’s Place looked great in the dark and we wandered around the Peace Gardens for a few more nighttime photos – by this time the couple felt like celebrities being followed by their own paparazzi!
We just had time for a few more photos using sparklers and then finished off by the train station and back in the car park for some photos with the twinkling lights of the city in the background.
Not long to go now until the wedding – it sounds really exciting – we can’t wait! 🙂
